Deletes the Destination for the specified destination_id. Once deleted, a Destination cannot be restored, and Hevo also deletes every Pipeline that replicates data into it, along with the Sources that those Pipelines were created with. The tables in your Destination are not deleted. Drop them yourself if you no longer need the data.
If any Pipeline replicates data into the Destination, the request returns a 409 listing those Pipelines, unless you set the confirm_override query parameter to true. If no Pipeline replicates data into the Destination, Hevo deletes it without asking for confirmation.
Deletion does not complete immediately. The response returns the Destination in status DELETING. Once the request is accepted, the Destination is no longer visible through the API, and retrieving or deleting it again returns a 404.
Refer to Deleting a Destination for more information about what is deleted along with the Destination.

403You do not have the permission to delete a Destination. Ask your team administrator for a role that allows it.
404The Destination could not be found. This occurs when:
- No Destination exists with the specified
destination_id, or you do not have access to it. - The Destination is deleted, or its deletion is in progress.
- The Destination is in a different region from the base URL that you call.
409The Destination could not be deleted. This occurs when Pipelines replicate data into the Destination and the confirm_override query parameter is not set to true. The response lists up to ten of those Pipelines, followed by a count of the rest. To list every Pipeline that replicates data into this Destination, call the List All Pipelines endpoint with the destination_id query parameter.
